Hello I'm a newbie, And I have a very important question to ask all the nurses. I am a nursing student and I am currently persuing an associate degree but I am debating should I continue on toward the Bachelor of nursing degree? Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of the two degrees or will the associate degree still grant me advancement in the nursing career ie, charge nurse or nurse supervisor. Please help because I'm unsure on what to do. Thanks to all.:spin:
