Has anyone worked at Metropolitan Jewish Geriartric Center?

Hello! I'm a new grad nurse, and I've applied to all the hospitals in NYC, and all the nurse recruiters are telling me that we're not experienced enough to be hired and they're hiring the more experienced nurses at this time. But I recently got a job offer at MJGC, and I was wondering if anyone has anything to say about the place?- experiences, opinions, and such. I hope to eventually work towards trauma/critical care but I've completely lost hope in applying to any acute care hospitals. Should I still follow up with the hospitals that I sent my applications to or should I stick with MJGC for now? I had given the nurse recruiter my verbal acceptance. Any advice anyone? Thanks in advance!
