which floor is the best place to start as a new grad rn?

Hello everyone. I need your advice. I am going to graduate soon the ADN program in Los Angeles, CA and I am really confused I dont know where to start from..some people say med surg, others say ICU or ER. I love psych and labor and delivery but I know that I need some experience before going to there. Can you guys give me some advice where is the best place to start as a new grad rn? In which floor or/and hospital can I get the best experience as a new grad nurse? Thank you in advance.
