Need advice from Cuban Nurses

Hi, I'm a Cuban educated nurse; I live in Canada, but I'd like to start getting my credentials evaluated through CFGNS to obtain a license in the US (not sure about the state). I'd like to know about the experience of other Cuban nurses re: credential evaluation in the US, re-adjustment, need to go back to school, NCLEX, etc.
