JOB interview

Hello fellow nurses

So I am going on a job interview this coming thursday The position is called Clinical Support Consultant, and what in is, obtaining prior authorizations (okay I do that on a day to day bases in places I have worked) and train, monitor and trouble shoot clinical software issues at facilities. Keeping a watchful eye over ten facilites. Sounds interesting! Only trouble I have not had alot of training on PCC or electronical documentation. Only in clinicals while in school, which was four years ago. So I was wondering if anyone had any tips or tricks they might wanna share. I am pretty good with computers no it shouldnt be that difficult. Well thanks for reading any help would be appriciated!!
