What area to work after graduation?

I'm an undergrad nursing student with one year left to go and seriously thinking about where to go after graduation. I feel like working on a medical or surgical floor would give me the best experience, which is what I want. However, I'm also nervous that I can't really "think on my feet" as quickly as other nurses. I'm afraid I might get in too deep right after graduation and become overwhelmed. Unfortunately I haven't yet found a passion. I liked OB but think it's too specialized and I would lose my core skills right away. Can someone please offer me some advice? Thank you!
