EN in Singapore Is it a good choice?

Hi, I am a NICU nurse with >1yr experience. I applied for an agency in MLA and they offered me Ren-ci Hospital in singapore. Is it a good place to start? I've seen it in the net but i dont think il lyk it there coz it's a rehab hospital and there will be limited nursing skills. I like a tertiary hospital like Tan Tock hospital, but can i transfer there after REn-ci? I need some advice.. thanks!
