Agency Work

I am considering trying to get a job at a community college or university as a nursing instructor. I am wondering if agencies allow one to pick up part time agency work 10 or 11 months of the year and take a month off.

I would like to pick up maybe a Saturday during the school year but take off in July and August to travel abroad.

Is that doable or am I dreaming?
I would ask. And it seems that most of the agencies I worked for had very flexible relationships with their nurses. Basically, you can do anything you want and they are happy to get you when you are available. I don't think you will have a problem.
