First Interview

I'll be graduating in May as a CNL. I have my first interview on Monday. What questions should I ask of the unit manager? Any other advice?

I'm currently working on the unit as a student and I don't think I've done anything stupid...yet. Everyone on the unit seems happy with my work and encouraged me to apply for the opening, so I feel pretty good about it.
Oh no! Interview time is almost here...someone help!
