Resume Help

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can give me tips on updating a resume or if I can see an example of one. I've been working on an orthopedic/med surg floor for about a year now and I would like to get a second job, either a per diem/on call or short hour. I am totally having a mind block on what to write on my job description. Help!
