How do you become a CEO of a Health Authority?

I have currently completed my second year of nursing and I am very business oriented. I want to take this a step further in planning and starting my career as a nurse. My goal after working several years as an RN is to specialize in either psychiatry or to become an ER nurse. I want to do my Nurse Practitioner 2-3 years after this and one day I want to become the CEO of a Health Authority.

Only problem is.. I don't know how to make the jump into the corporate side of things in becoming a CEO of a Health Authority and everyone that I've asked, clinical instructors, etc. Don't know either.

Can anyone give me some insight?
