Please help me with my resume update

Could someone with experience writing or reading resumes please help me. I am looking to transfer to another job either at my facility or to gain employment at another hospital. I'll try and make this short. I currently work in the float pool and would like to tranfer to the PACU. My hospital currently has a PACU position available, but you have to have one year of pediactric experience. I have worked in postpartum for one year and I have floated to a unit that has adults and peds. over that past two-three years. When I spoke with HR about this, they told me that I needed to highlight my pediactric experience on my resume. However, if I don't get that job, I would like help with my resume so that I can have a better chance of getting a job at a hospital closer to where I live. Thank you for any help you can give me.
