Got an interview scared

I got an interview tomorrow and I am scared to death. It has been about two years since I have done this type of nursing I am interview for. I don't really know what to say to help them realize I am serious about this job and not only want it but need it. Help fellow nurses. Some advice needed.
Not sure if I am the best to answer this but since no one else has... Think about how you can respond to the question you know they are going to ask, "why haven't you done this for two years". Hopefully you can frame it in a positive away. Also, think about what skills have you gained in the past two years that will help you in this position. I would recommend not letting them know that you need the job. Wanting it is fine but being desperate isn't a good thing. I am starting to consider a job switch as well, it is a nerve wrecking experience!
