Please help me with correct listing on resume

Hello, I really need some help!

I am a LPN, that worked as a float LPN in a hospital for several years and loved it. However, I was put on call so much in the last couple of years that I had to start looking else where for work. Well, I found a job that I thought that I would like and would be a good fit for me. However, it turns out that I hate the job and it is making my life miserable. I have only been there a few months and I am seriously thinking of trying to find a new job. My question is do I list my new postion on my resume or not? If so, how would you go about listing it. I really need some help with this situation that I have gotten myself into.
