tampa general critical care intership

I have been a med surg rn for 2.5 yrs. I have an interview for the tgh ccip next week. Does anyone have any helpful tips on what i should review before the interview? Does anyone know about this program or have you been through it? I would like to have some feedback on the program's quality and contents before I interview. Thanks!
You just need to be able to show initiative. You need to show you are goal oriented and able to handle yourself under stress. Its a preceptorship you are interviewing for so they are not going to expect that you know anything about vents, drips, etc, but you have to be able to show that you are willing to learn and eager to learn.
