i want to apply for a new grad position and the app wants to know if i've had any misdemeanors...do i have to disclose one i had when i was a minor???
If you dont and it comes up in your background check...
I would. Be truthful. Don't think that everyone in the field has been an angel their whole life.
It depends on exactly what the question asks.
