Where can I get ICU training/residency program?

Hello everyone! I have some PCU experience (1 1/2 years), mostly neuro, and I am looking to go into critical care. The problem is, all hospitals with openings for CCU/ICU require at least one year experience of critical care. Does anyone know of any residency programs in PA in the Lehigh or Philly region?

I should also mention that I've been out of acute care for about a year to be a full-time student so I could finish my RN-BSN program. In that time I've been working in long-term care. My ACLS certification is still active.
