Career Fair: Pros/Cons?

I will be attending my first Career Fair and would like to know from those of you who have attend one (two, or three), the pros and cons. Did you get any interviews or perhaps a job out of going?

I got my first LPN job (as a labor and delivery tech) at a hospital at a job fair. Great job, but L&D was so not my thing! Many places are looking for experience. Make sure you 1. dress professional 2. bring resume and 3. if possible recomendation letters. Good Luck!
