RN moving to WA state-Please Help

Hello,
I need some advice or some help, I am a New Grad RN. I Graduated 1/2011 and passed my boards 2/2011. I am currently in San Diego, CA which has been very difficult and impossible to find a job. My husband is in the Military and so we are moving next month to WA state. I have applied to all hospitals from Bellingham down to Tacoma with no luck. Ive been turned down to some RN Residency positions. I've been working as a triage RN at a pediatric outpatient clinic but with only 3 months experience. I don't know what else to do. I really want to work at a hospital, its been my dream since I started nursing school. I am also in the BSN program and will be graduating 10/2012. I dont know anyone in WA state, so I dont have "connections." Can someone give me some advice as to what I need to do in order to get hired at any hospital, in any department? Please
