Presentation for band 6 interview

Hi,

I'm new to this forum but wondered if anyone had any tips or suggestions - I have an interview soon for a band 6 senior staff nurse post but they want me to do a 10 minute presentation before the interview titled:

How would you manage a patient who is perceived as 'difficult' by your colleagues?

I've started to jot down a few ideas but any suggestions would be much appreciated.
