GPA question...

Hey all,

I'm entering my Senior year of nursing school at a private university in Wisconsin with the very average GPA of 3.4. I'm hoping to bring it up to above a 3.5 by the end of senior year. I am going to be working as a CNA this summer, and have held jobs and leadership positions currently and in the past as well. Is my GPA going to be working hard against me if I try to get a hospital job after graduation?
