I can get an interview...but not the job! help!

Hey guys,

My dilema is I can get a job interview no problem when I apply but when I go to the interview I just can't seem to actually get the job! I work in a LTC atm, been there almost a month and don't feel safe with what's going on for my license... I spoke with a teacher of mine and she told me to get outta there. I have had 4 job interviews without current employer on em, and now I have a interview at a hospital I reallllly want to work at!!! How do I not blow this interview tomorrow and get the job???
