I have been a nurse now for about 2 years and I am revamping my resume. Straight out of college I listed all of my clinical experiences from school (I needed something to fill up the page...lol) but I'm not sure if that information should still be included now that I have "real" RN experience. Any thoughts?
HiI think you could include them along with your new skills you have started to develop in a "summary of experience" section of your resume..include communication skills, have you been doing any charge nurse duties?, if so, include starting to develop leadership skills, are you a member of any committees? include courses, seminars, workshops etc..hope this helps
Comment:
student clinicals don't belong on experienced rn resume ---only list those that were extra beyond requirements.examples here:wondering why you can't get hired or promoted: resume + interview hints!
