With a resume like that you will impress; however the first one is also great, though shorter and less descriptive. Keep the resume one or two pages long maximum. I would send the short one to some places, and the long one to others. See what happens. I can't believe you think either of these resumes suck. Give yourself some credit. One thing I noticed about the second one is that you stated clearly and quantifiably how you were an asset to your previous employers. I think it has a stronger impact than the first one. I also like the idea of the professional profile....it gives future employers an idea of who you are, in addition to what you can accomplish I might borrow that idea, if you don't mind....Comment: Quote from Blossom GirlI like the second one better, as well.
