Insurance Company job!

Hi, I am a new grad (May 2011) NO experience in any feild except 4hrs volunteering in a pacu unit. I posted my resume on careerbuilder and i got contacted by an insurance company that deals with LTC, medicare, medicaid etc. I am asked to come for an interview in couple of days. My question is is this legit? does insurance company hire new nurses? what sort of work will i be doing as an insurance nurse? Getting a job is so tough that i dont mind starting anywhere if they find me interesting. Thanks in advance.
