Filling out an application

What is the best to describe your duties as an RN in an application?
Would I start by saying
I am responsible for patient care duties including medication administration, wound care, cardiac monitoring, patient teaching, discharge teaching and patient wellness and safety?

I am a tele RN and applying for a adjunct wellness instructor ( I have my Master's in Public Health)... Not sure how to word this!
It's better to rewrite the resume based on what's written in the job advertisement for wellness instructor. Obviously I would emphasize patient teaching skills above medication administration or wound care.
