LPN...moving to Portland OR

I have had my LPN since 2004. I currently work in Louisville, KY. I have 2 jobs...both in pediatrics. One is home health care (pediatrics), the other is at a pediatric convalescent center. I have 3-8 kids per shift, depending on the unit, lots of ventilator dependent children here. I also have experience in Juvenille Hall, home health geriatrics, hospice, flu shot clinics..etc.

I have been reading nurses in Oregon are finding it impossible to find employment, or nearly! But I see a lot of job openings online. What gives? Any good leads? I will work nights, weekends, whatever! Thank you :-).

I am moving in the next 2-3 months.
