Moving to Maryland!

Hi! I'm moving to Maryland in the spring. I've worked both ER and ICU and would like to continue in either one of these fields. I'm curious about the hospitals there (there are a ton), and I would like to be able to narrow down my choices. I've worked night shift for my entire career as a nurse, and have always done 12 hour shifts (three a week). If anyone has any good information on hospitals, wages, shift hours, and quality of critical care units, I would really appreciate it.
Where in Maryland are you moving to?
While I am not from the Maryland area, I do have a few friends that work at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. Their critical care units are supposedly top notch.
