Paramedic to RN...Should I? Should I not?Florida GA NC NY Tx

Greetings all! I am a paramedic in the process of signing on the dotted line to start the RN program. I thought it would be good to see whats being said about the field on this web-site, but so far what I have seen is frightening. Almost as frightening as trying to find a Firefighter job in Florida.

To get to the point now, some of the threads were from 2010. At this point what is the job out look now for new grads now going into 2012 in Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, Texas and New York City? Thanks so much in advance for your advice.
