NW Florida nurses- Destin/Panama city beach area

I was wondering if there were any nurses out there in the Destin/Panama city beach area that could give me any info or advice about nursing there? I am considering moving there this summer and would be appreciative of any info. Particularly what they are paying? I can find some averages online, but hoping for a more specific amount. I am a new nurse and will have less than a year experience when I plan to move there. I am considering Sacred heart hospital in destin, but possibly Bay medical or Gulf coast in PC. Anything you could tell me would be great!! Thanks
