Externship Interview Advice Please!!

Hello all!

I applied for a couple of externships throughout the United States this summer and I've currently been invited to interview in person for two (Northwestern Memorial in Chicago and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia). I was wondering if anyone had any advice about how to prepare for the interview, specifically since these are most likely going to be panel style with multiple interviewers. I've interviewed for jobs before, just never for an hour with multiple people!
