Landing a Job (CNA) FLORIDA

Hi, me and my friend are about to start our CNA course at Medical Training Classes here in Florida on Feb 27th.

I'm starting with this to get my foot in the door and work my way up to an UltraSound Tech or maybe a nurse in L&D. OR anything else out there with less schooling but working with the babies . And i'm not sure what my friend wants to do yet.

My question is.... Where can I go or what can I do, to land a job? Most of the places want experience. Can't do that when you just graduated! Is there any place around here that will allow you to work for them while your going to school and they will train you their way too?

Also, my friend doesn't have her GED yet, will she still be able to find a job. Her test for the GED is in April.
