How to Apply as a Nurse in New Zealand and Australia

Hi to all my colleagues! I am a nurse here in the Philippines. I am interested to be a registered nurse in either New Zealand or Australia but I don't know how to start my application. Can anyone help with this thing? Do you know any agency here in the Philippines that can help me? Can you suggest any useful websites? Thank you so much!
