Best hospital in Las Vegas for Nurses

I just moved in Las Vegas and I was wondering what would be the best hospital for an RN with sufficient experience in telemetry and med/surg.

By best I do not mean the salary although of course that would be a factor but more on the "you won't be afraid your license will be in jeopardy type of hospital" e.g. nurse to patient ratio and great benefits.
