Career paper questions...

I am doing a career paper in school and my professor would like us to ask three quick questions on the career we're exploring. If there is an RN that wouldn't mind answering them real quick I would greatly appreciate it!

1.) What are the positive aspects of being an RN?
2.) What are some of the challenging aspects of the career?
3.) What advice do you have for people going into this career?
