Career change

Hello all! I have 23 years of clinical experience. I have taken a certificate of completion program for legal nurse consulting and medical coding. I am hoping to work from home doing medical records review. I see that most insurance companies want experience, I was able to do a temporary project with a company, however, it was only temporary and lasted until completed, therefore I have very little experience. A few companies I have applied for aren't in my area and training is on site, I might be able to travel for the orientation but wanted to see if there were other options. Any suggestion where I might find employment to work from home, which is Ohio.. Thanks for any help. Lisa
