What is "PJH" ?

I have applied for a position listed similar to this one "System Float Pool RN ORSurgical Services PJH". I have looked online, but so far no luck. Could someone clue me in to what the PJH means? The job is in the Inova Health System in Virginia if that helps. Thanks!!
It appears to be a company-specific abbreviation related to job postings that require floating to all 5 of the Inova Health System hospitals (System float pool).
