I want to further my career but i dont know what my level of qualification is ?

I am a registered nurse from ireland and i completed a three year course 14 years ago as degree course was not about then so i received a certificate in nursing and i am just wondering how would i find out what this is the equivalent of here in the states as i was thinking of doing an online course i was interested in the nurse anaesthetic course eventually.This is all new and i would love all the info you cangive me with regards how to find the best online courses and the cheapest .I am now living here in usa
