Best places to work near Bethlehem/Hellertown PA area?

Hey all- Im a LPN -new to the area, and working currently at LTC that im REALLY not happy at! 15 yrs exp.
Anyone know of any nice places to work that pay well ? I know everyplace has it clicks, but im really not looking for drama in the workplace and im looking to WORK TOGETHER as a nursing team should! I dont think my standards of care are that high, but I do beileve in giving your all to your patients and being proud to work at a facility! Any input is greatly appreciated....Thanks sooo much!
