what alternative do I have?

I am a RN in Missouri. I can not do hospital floor nursing any longer. I had a knee replacement and hae limited range of motion. I need to find another field to work in. I Love nursing but I do not have any idea what to do now. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Have you looked into Case Management? The demand is growing for certified CMs because they are extremely important for managing the reimbursement changes associated with health care reform.
I find clinic and other jobs for RNs on Indeed.com all the time. Try searching your area.
Telephone triage is another area to consider.Good luck
