Experienced Med/Surg RN seaking Pediatric position/residency

I graduated with my BSN and currently work as Med/Surg-Urology RN. I have 1 year of experience now. However, I have been wanting to work in pediatrics. Jobs posted for peds are required to have 1-2 years of experience in the pediatric area. And many residency programs are for those who graduated from nursing school for less than a year. Does any one know which hospitals offers residency programs for experienced nurses? It doesn't matter which city/state. I am willing to relocate!!!
