Accepted into nurse residency...now what?

Hello everyone! I interviewed with Kennestone regional medical center on Thursday 2/20/14 and I received a phone call that same day with a job offer starting on April 14th! I was so excited that I didnt think of taking her name down etc. I accepted the job and she discussed my salary over the phone and said I'd be getting more information in an e-mail. Its been almost a week and I still havent received the email or know what my next steps are. Im terrified that I'm going to miss out on an important date or do I need to sign paperwork? I know I have a little more than a month before thw residency starts, but I dont want them to forget about me! Haha can anyone calm me down? I call HR and no one seems to be able to help me.
Hi, usually you would need to sign paperwork. Do you remember what department and the nurse manager that you interviewed with? Maybe you could contact them for more information.
Yes! That was going to be my next step. I dont have her contact info so I was going to stop at the hospital early tomorrow and stop by her office. I hate not being able to get an answer with HR so Im thinking that physically going there will help getting some answers. Thank you! Thats why Im freaking out because Im sure theres paperwork haha
