Has anyone heard of the ICU new grad training program at NW Hospital in Tucson AZ?

1 I just recently got offered an interview for the new grad ICU training program at NW Hospital in Tucson, AZ. I haven't hear much about the program. Does anyone know anything about it good or bad?
