Resume

Hi, I was wondering if someone might have some ideas for my resume. I am in Boston and trying to get a per diem job. All the HR departments are now online and you can't get a face to face untill after you have applied online. I was told that the HR departments now use a computer that scans the resumes for "buzz words" Is anyone familiar with this and how do I get my resume to stand out.
In your resume, write a "qualification" section, and put adjectives like "compassionate, responsible, reliable, detail-oriented, etc." Copy some words listed in the job description.
