SAC unit interview..please help

I have an interview with a subacute unit and I was just wondering what they look for? I am a new nurse the last 7 months been working in LTC and SNF so we usually get alot of the SAC patients after they have been discharged. Along with renal/liver failure, sepsis etc, i believe this unit also deals with alot of substance withdrawel patients. I am familiar with most of the types of patients except for patients in withdrawel. I am very motivated to learn more and to do more things than I am able to now and this seems like it would be like the next logical step. Any tips would be great thanks in advance!
Once you see a patient going thru withdrawals you will never forget it. It only takes two or three times and you will be able to figure out what they are withdrawing from. Or atleast in the ballpark..
