New Grad looking for work at UVA in charlottesville VA

I am graduating from a BSN program this May in Atlanta, GA and want to move to Charlottesville and work at UVA. I have looked on their website and am working on an application to their new grad nurse residency program but was wondering if anyone had any advice on what else I could do other than just sending in an online application. There is no nurse recruiter contact to send a letter of interest and I have no connections there so far.

Any advice, words of wisdom or stories of moving right after graduation would be greatly appreciated.
they have a 1-800 # that is their nurse recruitment line, or email the recruiter or DON. job market sucks out here, but keep trying until you speak to someone. they should pick you up since you'll have your bsn.
