documentation for minor care areas

Those of you who may have a minor care area in your ED, does your institution require all the same type documentation as the main ED? Also, what do you do about falls documentation? Is it required on all pts.?
Our prompt care section requires the same documentation, although because they're only there for usually less than an hour, it's just a triage, assessment, and discharge with vitals.
