APCN for 2011

Hi. I would just like to ask if anybody here knows when will be the APCN for 2011 on Philippine General Hospital start? I did not make it into sybmission for 2010 this December 9 because of certain issues. Also, is there any chance that the Nursing Training Office would still accept my ApCN application even if it was a few days left? Thank you so much, Ijust need the help of my fellow Filipino nurses.

to chocosyrup did you have the chance to get the deans form last year? what time did u arrive at pgh and where exactly can we get that form?
