I know im not going to be able to make it to the interview What should I do?

I had a job interview appointment today and I woke up late and I know I'm not going to be able to make it to the interview. What should I do? Should I call and reschedule or did I blew my chance?
Definitely definitely call. And apologize profusely.ETA: I don't think you've blown it...it's still worth calling about regardless.

you can have people here saying yes you did loose your chance, and no you didn't. It all doesn't make a difference, its the personality of the person that is going to be interviewing you. If they are trustworthy, then they would not mind remaking an appointment, but if they don't get back to you, then it shows that they don't like their time being wasted and move on. You should apologize but at the end of the day, its either the persons personality that would understand and can reschedule you or their anger that will come for not showing up that they will move on to the next person. just my

You never know who knows who so call and apologize for the sake of your rep.However, if they still want to interview you post apology I would be suspect as to why they would be desperate enough to want to hire someone who left such a bad first impression.

I would call, and be honest. If nothing else you apoglogied for using up their time. But, honest always is the best policy. Even if you don't get the job, you can feel good about yourself, and know that you most likely can spell better than me.

Definitely call and let them know what happened! Your chances are only officially blown if you don't show up and don't call and let them know what happened... I communicate a lot with the recruiter at my work and she's usually pretty understanding if someone is late and/or there's a time or location mix-up.

Well, I sure wouldnt say I had over-slept! If you over-sleep for the interview they may wonder how in the heck you would get up for WORK!!!!
