[FONT=Franklin Gothic Medium]I am currently looking to get out of the ICU clinical setting and have been out interviewing here and there. It seems that I get the same reaction. I am told that my resume is great and my experience is wonderful but it seems that most places are looking for RN's with little experience. Has anyone else ran into this situation?
